My spouse and I are finishing the purchase process for the house we've lived in for the past three years as renters. We've worked with Jerome Simpson as our account manager for this new policy, with a few assists from Luis along the way. Jerome has been friendly, thorough, accommodating, and helpful at every stage and made setting up our first homeowners policy a pleasure! He also hustled to get a few things adjusted on a very tight timetable this week and keep everyone in the loop to ensure a smooth transition into closing prep. Much appreciated--we're definitely glad to be able to stay with this office and bundle our Citizens homeowners policy in with our car insurance provided directly by State Farm!
